  3. Wedding Buffet Package menu below -includes Hors douvres and a Reception, or for the same price can include Reception and Supper. If you require all 3 it would cost approx. $8 pp extra.

Our experienced creative chef prepares delectable and exciting menus to suit any occasion, style and budget. We have formally set places and full service for the bridal table. Barstaff can be supplied if required.

SELECTION OF MEATS
  • Champagne Ham on the Bone carved at the table and served with pineapple
  • Sliced Smoked Chicken served with a cranberry or spicy plum sauce
  • Hot Prime Roast Pork with rich golden crackling and apple sauce & rich golden gravy  or Succulent NZ Prime Beef marinated in garlic & oil - sliced at the table and served with a rich golden gravy.  

 

VEGETABLES AND SALADS

  • Gourmet Potatoes in a garlic parsley butter
  • Honey Buttered Sweet Baby Carrotts & Hot Minted Peas
  • Fresh Asparagus with a Hollandaise sauce (in season)
  • Penne' Pasta & Salmon Salad with tomatoes & peppers
  • Crisp Orange & Avocado Salad with gourmet lettuce and snow peas
  • Greek Salad with cucumber, tomatoes, peppers and feta cheese

  • Sakata biscuits with basil & ricotta with cashew spread & , sundried tomato with roasted capsicum spreads

MAINS
  • Ham on the Bone served with mustard & pineapple
  • Hot Pork served with gravy, crackling and apple sauce & a rich golden gravy  or  Succulent Hot Roasted Prime NZ Beef - marinated in garlic & oil - sliced at the table and served with a rich golden gravy.

CARVED AT THE TABLE - (Choice of one)
  • Honey Baked Ham on the Bone served with wholegrain mustard and pineapple.
  • Hot Whole Leg of Roasted Pork served with crackling, apple sauce and gravy.
  • Succulent Hot Roast NZ Beef Sliced at the Table, served with rich golden gravy.

PLATTERS OF MEAT (Choice of 3) other selections available

  • Roast Seasoned Pork
  • Sliced Chicken with a spicy apricot sauce
  • Sliced Silverside served with whole grain mustard

 

CASSEROLES (Choice of 2) other selections available
This section can be substituted with Baby buttered carrotts and Fresh Dinner Buns with butter portions.

  • Chicken Coq Au Vin served with mushrooms, bacon, and red wine or Chicken Marengo
  • Sweet and Sour Pork OR Vegetarian Lasagne
  • Traditional Beef Stroganoff or Curry and rice

 

SALADS & VEGETABLES - all provided

  • 5 Garden Fresh Varieties with a selection of dressings
